Need some advice

Okay, ive been on atkins for around 2 months now, and Ive lost around 40 pounds. But thats not what I need advice on. At the end of june, im supposed to be going to summer camp for 2 weeks, and so I wont be able to have the luxury of all these low carb foods and what not. Then after summer camp, I start football camp. Now, with the atkins diet, i find it much more stressful on the muscles than I did before I started, and leg cramps are much more common on atkins than before. Plus, im only 16, and so atkins is really hard for me without making and buying all this food for myself, and I dont think my parents like making all the extra types of food just for me. I need some advice, what would be the easiest way to switch from atkins to just eating a healthy low calorie diet, without gaining all the weight back?

I will tell you this much, you need a lot more carbs if you are going to football camp. That does not mean to go hogwild. A couple pieces of pizza will be better than the whole pizza. Eat lots of fruit, and don't forget the veggies. Taking a good supplement should help with muscle cramps, you need something with Magnesium and Potassium in it.

Camp should not be to bad, lots of burgers and hotdogs. Eggs for breakfast. Remember at your age the key is to be out there doing. With all that exercise in that summer heat, you should be fine.

And don't forget, drink lots of water :)
