Fyi - Keto Shakes
 

I wondered if the caffeine contained in the cocoa of the Keto chocolate shake would stimulate insulin release. I will ask about the cappucino flavor!They did respond:

i LOVE Keto shakes.. and have them daily. Never had any problems.

These shakes are the best. Mix with ICE, a little water, and Divinci Syrup.

i always add da vinci syrup to mine.. Eggnog w/ KETO Eggnog is my favorite.. havent thought of blending some ice with it.. sounds like a good idea. How much ice/water do you blend with it?

I just splash some water in so about a 1/2 cup with 3 cups ice, 1 1/2 mix with 1/8 cup Divinci or to taste.

Now if they had 800 mg of caffeine, you would definitely have the keto "shakes". ;)

So these are really good? I've always wanted to try it, but never wanted to spend the money in case it sucked. I am afraid now that I got burnt on that $17 can of Atkins shake mix that I hated.

What are the protein grams on the KETO shakes mixes?
