Tummy ache

I had the low carb hot cereal for breakfast.... it was veryy yummy but gave me a terrible stomach ache. Did anyone else have this problem? Also, is it okay to eat the ceral during OWL?

Eat what you like and what your body allows

If you got sick maybe your body doesn't like the Flax or something else in it. Or maybe you got sick and it's unrelated to the food. If it continues all I can say is avoid the cereal and try something else. =(.

Thanks, I think that I will give it one more try and see what happens. I was just getting really sick of eggs in the morning.
