Broke My Stall
Greetings Everybody, I broke my 4 week stall and all I had to do was join Fitday.com. I discovered that I was eating far to many calories and at least 15 to 20 more carb grams than I thought I was. I joined fitday about a week ago and lost 2lbs. What a great feeling to get up in the morning and see the old scales have moved downward.

OK...you've talked me into it. I used to use Fitday all the time but I've gotten lazy lately and sort of figured I knew about what I was getting in each day anyways. I'll start using it again and see if I can identify my problem. I'm at a stand-still and would really like to see things start moving again!

Fitday is a wonderful resource! I love it. If you enter in your weight daily as well, you can get a report showing a graph illustrating your weight loss.

Ok - is the stall common? Because I haven't reached one yet (only been on the Atkins Diet for about 3+ months) and how long do they usually last?
