Road mix

Hey everybody,

I am playing around with my nuts. Ooooh that sounded baaaaddd. The ones from the healthfood store and my dried fruit.

we are going to be out and about the next two days so I made up emergency snack mix.

1/3 cup Macadamia Nuts
1/3 cup Dried Marion Berries
1/3 cup Almonds
1/3 cup sunflower seeds

It is yummy! ;)

Don't worry I also have several hamburger patties and an apple and water. ;)

It was! It really saved me. I ate most of it. LOL we were gone 8 hours! I knew it knew it knew it. So glad I took food with me.
