Hi,

I have just signed up. I have tried everything else, by myself. I really need some one to talk to and also to listen to others, who are trying to lose the weight. There is nothing that I dont like.

I will be checking this site later. I am going to work in the yard for a while.

I'm a former upstate NYer myself. Though I don't miss the snow by any means, I do miss the sense of community...and the pizza. :) It's probably a good thing you can't find a decent tasting pizza here in Raleigh or else I'd probably be in trouble.

Start a journal- this really helps you track your progress as well as meet other lowcarbers. You'll do fine. This is the right place to be for support, advice and encouragement.
