Annette's workout log

Okay today I did 40 minutes of walking on the treadmill. That was all Whitley would let me do before she started crying. I was keeping my fingers crossed the whole time telling myself yeah I made it 20, then 30. She started to get restless around 35 minutes but I pushed on for 40. Working out with a small baby is hard because they sure demand your time and patients.
I give myself 3 smiley's today for effort :) :) :)
