The Heller's New Book!!
 
The Heller's have a new book out called "The 7 Day Low-Carb Rescue and Discovery Plan."

Has anyone read this one yet? I just found out about it. I went in search of what was in the book and here is what I found so far. Not much luck finding anything else. I copied this from Amazon.com

It doesn't sound as though this would replace the original books, but it does sound like a good read. And it would be interesting to see if they have changed their minds about anything or added any real new things. I might have to read this as well. Thanks for the update!
