Coffee Creamer - Yum
 

I'll admit it. I have an addiction. COFFEE! And it's not just plain ol' coffee, it's coffee with flavored creamer! Egads! How unbelievably FAT you can get on those things. I know it's been the downfall of my weightloss in the past. But, the other day I found a GIFT! Now, I know it's not something I can use very often, but for a treat it feels like I've given NOTHING up. International Delights has just gotten a low carb (3g.) version of a couple of flavors of their regular line of creamers. I picked up the Hazelnut, and limited it to 2 cups today (I'm not currently on induction, but am trying to work most of my days meals into the low carb regimine again), and was highly impressed.

I'd love to hear if anyone else has tried it, and what do you think? Especially those coffee junkies, such as myself!

No, I almost bought it but doesn't it have sugar in it?

Hi. I love the International Delights too. Have you ever tried Davinci Gourmet sugar free Vanilla Syrup? I get it at Wal-Mart. It has 0 carbs. It also has Splenda. I take Dairy Fresh Heavy Whipping Cream, which has 0 carbs. and mix some of the Syrup with it....I love it.
