Help !!!! Upset Stomach

I change my diet from RawVeggies to Atkins, I understand that the radical change of diet was going to bring me some adjustments but today (my second day) I am feeling like a Full belly in a bad way, like upset stomach, or like a very heavy meal, and I was kind of preoccupied. Is like if I will have problems digesting this food but at the same time I don't have "gases" (sorry for the detail info).
Will this sensation go away soon?, should I increase the water? Or take less fat at the beginning?, I did my Fitday journal and I was wondering how much Fat vs. Protein should come up in that colofull chart? Half protein, half fat?, because this past two days I was a little more Fat than protein, and 20 g. of Carbs, Am I Ok like that?.
Thanks in advance..

I hope you still had enough raw(or cooked ) veggies to make up those 20 carbs. The % of fat in the chart should be 60-75%.
Fat has more calories then the protein it is with so its not a hard number to reach. Make some of that from olive oil not just bacon and cheese.
Post a menu -let someone critique it.

You are right, I was taking more fat from cheese than any other food, I kind of skip the veggies thinking that was a faster way to get into ketosis. I will make sure that my 20g of carbs come from veggies and adding olive oil to it.
I will make my fitday public, thanks for the advice.

Add Fats like Olive Oil, butter, mayo to help with the feeling full

And watch out for constipation!!!!!!!!!

You can probably expect some constipation during the shift from mostly veggies to atkins, especially if you were going heavier on cheese than you should.

LOTS of fiber (sugar-free metamucil, or even better, just mix the ground up psyllium husks with water to avoid the artificial sweetener), and if you haven't succeeded in preventing constipation, get acquainted with that embarrassing aisle in your drugstore. It's not safe to use laxatives often, but if you really need it, you should get it.

Make sure you get your full three cups of veggies (mostly salad)! You need the fiber and vitamins.
