hi everyone
Hi everyone, well i haven't started my low carb diet yet. I am going to be starting on Monday after Easter. I have already started cutting out caffiene, sugar and refined carbs from my diet. I still am eating whole wheat bread, pasta, etc. I am starting on Monday because we are having a big easter dinner at my mother-in-laws house and she is a true Italian. So i know if i start any sooner i will cheat. So Monday is my day! Can't wait!!! :yay: I have a good 50 pounds to lose. I am doing a low carb vegetarian diet. I still eat fish, egg whites, and cheese. And i am hoping that this will not only help me to lose weight but also help my anxiety, fibromyalgia, and mitral valve prolapse. I am only 21 years old and already falling apart. :help: Well anyways i just wanted to introduce myself. Take care everyone. :cheer:
