I am pretty new here, but i've been low carbing for about a year now. i really just want to thank you all, i've been reading posts for a few weeks now and i have come to love this place and all of you beautiful people here.. you are all amazing , kind, loving and honest ... thank you for letting me join you in this journey of ours.. =) hugggs

Hey Barbara,

We're happy to welcome you here. I didn't discover this place until I had been LCing for 2 months. I'm addicted now...and it's a GOOD thing.

One thing that has helped me is creating a journal. I capture my progress and my thoughts (good and bad) in there and it seems to help.

I've also talked with enough people that I've made some friends along the way (Hi Becki). That helps too and they stop by and see me in my journal from time to time.
