I'm back from the cruise
the bad news is I ate too many carbs (but they were soooooo good), the good news is I only gained 3 lbs. and I figure most of that is water weight from eating carbs for a week. I got right back on plan when we got home so I will see how things are in a week

Your lucky to only gain 3!! I eat a bit over on carbs and gain 10! No joke!!

That's great! I hope you had a great time! Did you plan the week "off" for the cruise? I'm just curious. I'm going on a cruise at the end of May and haven't decided how I'm going to approach the whole thing. I would like to maybe try something like CAD that week, but I just don't know. Did you find any good carb options, or did you even look for any! :lol: I would really like to know how you approached the whole thing. It might be worth the fun for just 3 pounds! Of course, I'd probably go nuts and gain 15!

We had a excellent time, and yes I knew I was going "off plan" I think being away from home made it easy to get right back on plan when we got back.

update, as of this am I have already lost 2 of the 3 lbs. I gained!
