Atkins Bake Mix

Just wondering what your opinions are on the Atkins Bake Mix. I thought about buting it online, and decided to wait and see what you all thought. From what I can see it is roughly $7.95. Not bad....but the question is...Is it worth it? I would not use it until induction is over. Have a great day. Finally seeing some sun in good ole' PA today. Cold as the dickens though.. :sunny:

Well from what I have seen others write either you love this stuff or you hate it.

I personally love it. I use it as a "binder" ingredient in meatloaf or meatballs. I like the pancakes I make from them also. I only use it a few TBS at a time so I bought my canister of it a month ago and it's only 1/2 gone. Mine was $9.99 but "I" feel was worth it.
