little frustrated.

hello, can anyone tell if i am doing something wrong? i am at 125.2 exactly everyday for the past like 8 days. i started at 135 a month ago, the first ten came off fine and i want to lose ten more. but i am stuck, my weight only goes up if i drink, so i haven't in about two weeks. what i eat: usually two eggs for breakfast w/ some mayo(sorry if it sounds gross). then chicken on a salad with low carb dressing for lunch. and chicken, fish, or a hamburger for dinner, sometimes with a small salad. i also have about 2-3 cups of tea with splenda through the day and sometimes an EAS carbadvantage shake(1 gram of net carbs) .
i think i am eating very, very low carb, high protein, and enough fat. so i don't know why i am stuck at 125.2. any advice would be much appreciated! thanks! oh forgot to add clothes seem a little looser, but scale won't budge. btw a year ago i weighed around 115, so i know my body is just being stubborn right.

Sometimes when the weight comes off fast you run into post induction stall which is normal. Othertimes it is because the diet needs tweeked. Like calorie count, maybe add more Healthy fats

Looking at your profile it looks like to me that maybe your body just isn't made to be 115lbs. I don't know much about your build or anything, but I know that there is no way that I could ever way 115, due to genetics and the way I was built. I would just focus on maintaining and exercise if that is something that is part of your routine. Good Luck!

Also, the closer you are to your goal weight, the slower it's gonna come off.
F'instance, I had 50 pounds to lose, and I've lost 15. In the same amount of time, my husband, who only had 20 pounds to lose, lost 9.

Sounds like you are still in Induction...maybe it's time to move on to OWL (or even Pre-Maintenance, since you're so close), 'cause a lot of people say that when they bump up the carbs by 5-10 they start losing again, then it steadies off until the last few pounds drop. Also, are you drinking a lot of water? Exercising? If nothing else works, I'd recommend just being patient. If you're made to lose anymore, you will, as long as you stick to the plan! You've done wonderfully so far, congrats :yay:

Maybe stop focusing on the scale for a while. Remember no one sees that number but you. instead start a workout rutine, or shake up your current one and work on tightening and toning. That way you can get a tight sleek look. Without exercise you might find even at 115 pounds the fat distrabution is uneven and you have problem areas.
