Atkins apple crisp breakfast bar.

It had been a long time since I had an Atkins bar. I had tried the breakfast bars and advantage bars a couple of years back and I wasn't at all impressed. Now as I am sure at least some of you know, Atkins has a new line of breakfast bars and so I decided to try the apple crisp and they are really good. :)

Now when I don't have time to put together some breakfast, I can just grab a breakfast bar and enjoy. They are a bit pricey though, around five dollars for a box of five.

Are they tiny like the old breakfast bars? If so I always found it more filling to eat one of the normal bars instead.

I prefer to have the Atkins Adavantage (chocolate peanut butter) for a meal replacement, but the Morning Start bars are good too. I have the cinnamon bun and the apple crisp and like both. They are smaller though, only drawback. Great on the go snack.
