Anyone familiar with Glucomannan?
 

I was searching out something else and came across this supplement. Here's what it says about it....

I have not tried it, but I recently read an article that said it stabilizes blood sugar in people with insulin resistance. I can't remember where I read it, I think it was an article about PCOS.
