I think I have stalled
I currently weigh each day and i have been loosing about a stone in all. But Now I seem stuck at a particular weight and have been for a about four days.

Don't worry, it's not a stall. Weight fluctuates daily and that is why most people recommend weighing only once a week. If you were truly in a stall you wouldn't have lost any weight or inches for 6 weeks while staying strictly on this woe (no cheats).
Weigh yourself once a week, increase your water (never hurts to do that), increase your exercise, and take your measurements. In fact, ignore the scale and go only by measurements. Good luck Joan |
