cheat free vacation!!
 

I did it!! one week vacation without cheating!! in fact it was alot easier than I thought it would be, I even tried some new foods, as long as I thought they were carb safe!! and I got my treats too

I tried all kinds of sugar free carmels and chocolates
and the new ben and jerry's karb karma ice cream was to die for!!

and the best hamburger I tried was a stuffed cheese hamburger...yumm I am going to have to try and make this one at home!!

I am so excited that this wol work no matter where you go its great!! plus I fit into all my old shorts...and my new swim suit:)

any way I was so excited I had to share!!

What an inspirational post! And, I can only imagine how good you feel. Hopefully, others will gain some strength and hope from your experience. :thup:

congrats :) that's great. I don't know that I'll have that kind of strength on my vacation. but it's good to know it really is possible with treats so you don't feel deprived

I did the same thing on my recent trip to Florida--I was so impressed how simple it was for me to stay eating this way, I'm even thinking that I prefer it-I know my body does!
Anyway, GREAT job again!!!

Congrats!! I plan on sticking to plan too! Why not? Look great and feel great on Vacation!!

oh just had to add this!! just checked the scale, and I lost 3 pounds on my vacation!! hehe so not only did I get to go on vacation, I lost pounds on my vacation too :) yipee!! love this wol !!!!

Thats fantastic ndhulst. That stuffed cheesburger sounds great too. Youll have to post the recipe when you figure it out. Did it just have cheese inside?

yes it was just cheese, I tried to make one tonight, but not the same taste so I am going to work on it...hubby says he knows how so as soon as we figure it out I will let you all know...it was so delish!! :)

What an inspirational accomplishment!!! And a pleasant surprise from the scale as the ultimate reward. Way to go.
