What are the supplements atkins suggests to use for carb cravings and weakness / anxiety

Karen, are there any side effects to those vitamins? I ahve been considering them, but wasn't sure...

I've only heard about possible side effects with chromium. I've used l-glutamine for muscle soreness after workouts and it does have the added bonus of calming cravings. And I've used the others for rebalancing brain chemistry. They're all amino acids. :)
