I am curious if anyone else has used this. I just tried it and i'm really hoping that its wrong because by that its says I have had 18 carbs between my bacon and eggs for breakfast and my tuna for lunch today. I would hate to see what it adds with my dinner. I thought bacon and eggs were "free foods" but by that it says a hard boilded egg is almost 2 carbs. I'm confused |
I use Fitday everyday and don't seem to have a problem with it. You have to be careful the amounts it posts. I find that even if I enter 1 tablespoon of mayo, it registers 1 cup and then I still have to go back and fix the amount. Other than that it's a pretty useful tool.

Ok.. umm nevermind :) I figurd out what I did wrong. Brought my carbs down to 3 for today. Feel much better now. So far it seems like a really cool program to use now that I got over that initial scare :)

Thanks Sylive, yeah thats just what I did wrong. Instead of 3 eggs. It was like 3 cups of eggs.
