Hey there Just wondering...

Do most people gain before they start there TOM? Do you lose right after? I seemed to have lost before I started TOM but that might be cuz I started exercising...or fluke :)

What does the scale move before or after or during?

I more or less come to a stand still about a week and a half before. Then my best loss after I am finished.
