ATkins vs south beach
 

I wanted to get some opinions. I am on my second week on atkins and things are going fine but I am interested in adding back in whole grains and wheat after induction so I was thinking of switching to the sbd...My question after an Atkins induction is it possible to go directly into phase 2 of the sbd?

But you do know that SBD is a low saturated fat plan? No butter, crispy chicken skin and lean meats only?

You may want to poke around the SBD Forum on this board for an overview and how people are doing with the SBD plan and read the SBD book.

Athough not immediate, ATkins adds back whole grains during OWL.
