yipee I broke my stall

I dropped one pound last night.I broke the 180 and am now 179.I was going up and down the same two or three pounds since Xmas and now finally the scale is moving to places it has never been before.I know it is only a pound but it is the start to the downward trend again.Maybe it was the Oil of Oregano I started taking or maybe it was just time.

Congratulations! Every ounce counts as far as I'm concerned. Think of a pound as 4 sticks of butter, that's a lot in my book!
Alli~I think I'll post my latest :)

I will be so happy when nine more of those little old one pounds will go away and I get into Onderland!!

One (pound) step at a time.

Anne, oil of oregano can be bought at our super market in Canada in the health food section.I bought mine a GNC though. There is a thread on this in the nutrition section I believe.I am still 179 this morning and boy does it feel good not to be going from 182 to 181 to 183 to 181 etc. Thanks guys you are such great buds.
