Mollymom.....I live in Sarnia too and just started atkins 3 days ago. I am also a mom. Maybe you can give me some tips about where to get lc products in town? I'd really appreciate it! (I have found some 'carb options' brand at Zhers and some diet Jones soda at 7-11 (only the Indian & Wellington store, not at 5 corners)
