hard to eat right this time of year?
 

Does anyone else struggle with eating right this time of year.
I get so bored with the grey days and waiting for spring!
I stay lc but tend to eat too much :nono:

Yeah, me, too-first it was the holidays, then the prolonged cold, stormy windy winter! :agree:

I'm finally starting to get a real handle on it--partly thanks to the fact that i can FINALLY get outside more to exercise--come on, spring!! :yay:

Definitely! I want fresh veggies and the selection can be nill, not to mention who wants to exercise in the cold, rain and fog? Luckily, we are heading into spring and more sunshine. Keep plugin' along!
