What about Xenadrine EFX (ephedrine-free)?

I heard all the bad news about ephedrine, and it has scared me away. But what about Xenadrine EFX (ephedrine-free)? I've tried it and it works wonders! Great for vacation time when I am completely out of my routine. Can anyone see any specific problems in taking it a few times a year for a one or two week stint?
