Vitamin Question
I'm starting Atkins Monday and I'm trying to get everything together this weekend. (groceries, tools etc) I've got some vitamins that I'm wondering if it's enough or if I should get others.
I've got "Jamieson Mega-Vim" Level 4 Potency Multivitamin which I bought at Wal-Mart. Anyone familiar with them? Also I heard that taking L-Glutamine helps with cravings. Can anyone recommend anything else? Thanks for your help. :roll: :roll: |
The most important thing is to make sure your vitamins contain no sugars or starches and that it has a wide spectrum of vitamins and minerals.

This kind has no sugar, salt, starch or gluten. Is there any one vitamin or mineral that should have a specific level? For example should iron not exceed so many mg? Or should Vit C be above a certain level. (these are just examples that I'm using)

That differs for different people but a good multi will have well above the RDA amount for the major nutrients such as C and A.
