I just got some of the most profound info from my dr. I have ever received-- I am pre-diabetic and family hist. to boot
I switched to low carb to keep from having to have insulin injections-and after meeting w/ an Endocronoligist found out some amazing info.---It is the realtion between elevated cortisol levels(stress reaction hormone)and belly fat-weight gain-diabetes-heart disease-fibromyalsia etc...
