The package states that each piece has a total of 2 carbs. However it also states that there are two carbs of sugar Alcohol's. Does this mean that there is a neat of 0 carbs. help, I am trying to get off nicorette gum and I need to suck on something during the day.

sugar alcohols can cause problems with reduced weight loss ability in some people, but that seems like a fairly small amount, unless you are eating a lot of 'em in a day.

Yes that does mean zero net carbs but it's true that sugar alcohols can give you upset stomach or diarrhea so go easy on them.
