7.4g is pretty low by UK standards. You're unlikely to find anything lower in the main supermarkets :(

I think Nimble is quite low.

Nimble do one which is 5g per slice.

Low carb bread suppliers
We have a local baker who makes low-carb bread for us but we can't mail-order it I'm afraid. I believe that SugarLite (www.sugarlite.co.uk) does mail order their bread as they were kind enough to send us a sample. These specialist breads come out around 2.8 carbs per slice. The other alternative is to make your own - I use Gabi Moeller's bread recipe which I can certainly dig out if it's not here somewhere already. It makes a nice nutty loaf at a similar carb count. I don't eat a lot of bread but I do miss the smell of fresh bread in the morning coming from the bread machine :)
Didn't I read somewhere that Nimble are making a low-carb bread or is that the one being discussed above? |
above:lol: i wouldnt mind making one but i just dont want to get ALL those ingrediants and i rather purchase them from shops such as tesco, so 5g is pretty low and the one i had was 7.4 does anyone know the colour at least?

I think WeightWatchers bread is about 7g a slice, last time I looked. I'll check it out next time I'm in Tescos's (and the Nimble).
