Today makes

4 weeks since I have started this WOE and I have lost 25 lbs! I was wearing a size 24 jeans and now am wearing a size 20. And I feel so much better with this WOE. No cravings, not hungry all the time, love it.

Thanks to all of you for your support. I know the first month you tend to lose a lot, but I am okay even if I don't lose that much from now on. I don't expect to.

Thanks again.

Your start has been amazing! I'm glad to hear you are feeling great on this WOE too....
You're right - the weight loss will slow down but being smart and not stressing things will pay off in the end.......losing slowly means you will learn to maintain your loss.

Way to go!

That's great news!
I'm two inches shorter than you are, but at 150 pounds I weigh a size ten. (Which is a size smaller than I thought I would ever be.)
Just an FYI on getting close to goal. We actually weigh more but fit into smaller sizes while eating this way. So if the scale doesn't budge, don't despair. Measure now so you can see the tape measure move!
I don't know about you, but I like that better.
