CoQ10? help with induction?
 
Anyone had success with CoQ10 on induction with shedding those extra sticky pounds?

I take 50 mg twice a day.

dunno if it helped with the weight loss - but I noticed an immediate drop in blood pressure. a more significant BP drop than I've gotten from medication my doctor prescribes. I track my BP daily and
have the graphs to prove it

I have my monthly Drs appt manana, and am interested in what he has to say about the CoQ10.

I've also lost 23 pounds in slightly less than 4 wweeks of induction.
