I'm not obese!

I just calculated my body fat and BMI. I'm still overweight, yes, but I am no longer obese (as determined by the medical definition of a BMI of 30 or higher). It wasn't one of my defined goals, necessarily, but it feels good.

Weight: 196.5/166.5/140
Body fat: 50%/43%/30%

WAY TO GO...but if your BMI stated that at 166 lbs you are OBESE, then I would say you are doing something wrong! :)

Oh, no, but I was at 196.5, and for quite a few pounds below that. My BMI right now is about 28.

I never thought of myself as being obese, but I couldn't argue with the medical definition, which is very important. I'm just happy because I want to live a long, healthy life, and my risk factors have gone down considerably.
