I just ordered a bag of the mix that they sell on their website (its a bread crumb susbstitue of sorts) for fried chicken and other fried stuff. i put it on my porks chops and made chicken strips and i was in HEAVEN!! hard to believe the mix doesnt have any carbs! if i only could dip those strips on a big chunk of honey or bar-b-que sauce! lol. i havent tried the bread yet, i hear there is a waiting list or something its so good - at least, that's what i read in one forum a few months ago. anyone want to weigh in with me and start induction with me? i really need a partner. let me know
