Question: Baking and AS
For some reason, Splenda doesn't agree with me. Taking it out and putting it back into my body has proven this without a doubt. Affects me like maltitol.
On that note, which would be best for baking - Sweet n' Low or Nutrasweet, relative to bitterness. I can well tolerate both of these. Thanks! Shirley |
Sweet 'n' Low. Nutrasweet is made from aspartame and you can't heat aspartame.
