nightmares from calcium supplements?

I've been following Schwarzbein since September and am feeling really great. Didn't gain an ounce over the holidays and that is a first for me.

But I've got a problem, I think. I'm taking calcium/magnesium right before I go to sleep and it does really help me sleep better, deeper. BUT I am having these really vivid nightmares. Does anyone have a clue what is going on? Are the dreams and supplements related?

It's the mag. Try a calcium supplement witout the mag.
