try to put splenda into fitday ~ need help

don't know if i'm using the right board...but I'm trying to put splenda into fitday...it says that if it has 1 carb grm then it should have 4 calories, but the box says it has none. This is aggravating..I'm trying to keep tabs on my fat, protein, carbs and calories...but if i keep having to "fix" things so fitday will accept them I'm not going to get an accurate account. Can anyone help me, please? or direct me to thread that will?

Anything under 5 calories or 1 gram can legally be called 0 calories or 0 grams.

1 serving of splenda (1 teaspoon) contains half a gram of carbohydrate and 2 calories. A tablespoon of splenda is 1.5 carbs and 6 calories.

It's not that fitday is incorrect (well with some sugar alcohols it is), its just because of our labeling laws something can be listed as having 1 carb but zero calories, legally. In truth, if it has 1 carb it also has 4 calories.

Hmm. I managed to program Splenda in with everything as a 0, except for the carb count, which I put in as .5. It didn't seem to have a problem with that.
