Not bitter
 

If you use too much of any version of a sugar substitute you can get a bitter taste. I tend to try a bit less and see how it works. I haven't had any problems with this product. Everything turns of really good.

Another trick. To get things sweeter, mix two sugar substitutes. I use brown Sugar Twin and the liquid splenda product often. Very good results.
