There's always something cookin' in the Low Carb Kitchen

Feel free to submit your recipes and recipe ideas here. By clicking on the Low Carb Recipe Section it takes you directly to Karen's Fabulous Creations. Just above Karen's picture with her doggie is the link to use to "Go to Readers Low Carb Recipes".

Remember some cooks aren't as experienced as others so instructions are important as well as nutritional breakdown, i.e. carb count, fibre.

Recipes that are your original creation will be posted in the "Members (Readers) Low Carb Recipe Section.

great idea Sharon

Yes, including the carb count per serving would really, really be helpful. Thanks for the reminder.

Thanks for posting this Sharon! :D

Carb and fiber counts are a great idea to have posted along with everyones excellent LC recipes. It really helps when planning what to eat - everyones carb level is different! - or what to shop for.
