HI, MY NAME IS SJI AND I AM ADDICTED TO SUGAR. :lol:
I HAVE BEEN ON THE ATKINS DIET FOR ELEVEN DAYS NOW. THE FUNNY THING IS THAT I DIDN'T HAVE A SCALE UNTIL YESTERDAY, SO I DON'T KNOW WHAT MY BEGINNING WEIGHT WAS. SO I AM GOING TO DO INDUCTION FOR TWO MORE WEEKS STARTING YESTERDAY. I READ SOME QUESTIONS FROM NEWBIES YESTERDAY; I HAD ALL OF THE SAME QUESTIONS. AND I REALIZED THAT I HAD BEEN CHEATING BY HAVING ATKINS ADVANTAGE SHAKES AND BARS AND I HAD A SUBWAY WRAP. :nono: I HAVE HAD A REALLY HARD TIME; EVERY TIME I EAT I CRAVE SWEETS. SO FOR A WHILE I AVOIDED EATING UNTILL I FELT SO SICK I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO EAT. BUT I ONLY CRAVE WHEN I AN IN THE ACT OF EATING. PRETTY STRANGE. I AM DETERMINED TO LOOSE THIRTY POUNDS! |
Do a good strict induction and it will help rid you of the cravings. DON'T let yourself get so hungry, that will set you up for a cheat. Eat regularly, and eat well (induction legal foods) and the cravings will pass.
