Where to buy La Tiara Taco shells???

Just wondering where, other than online, can you get these? I don't want a case and don't want to pay 3.50 shipping for one box.

TIA,
Melissa

La Tiara shells are available here in the midwest (Kansas City Area) at all grocery stores. Hy-Vee, Price Chopper, SunFresh, etc.

Ask you grocery manager if he can get order them for you. I don't know where they are manufactured and I couldn't find their webpage.

Good luck.

I just started too. Why are these taco shells special? I live in Upstate NY. We have Sam's Club, and they do have a great low carb, relatively high protein, cheese stuffed macaroni product, the name of which I can't remember. It is particularly delicious. I will look for both next time I am in there and post the info.

I think I will change my avatar. It looked cute but now it just makes me think of a kid who has to go to the bathroom, which is actually how I look when I'm losing weight like today already.

Dang - I knew I should have stayed in Kansas!!

Each shell has roughly 4 net carbs!!

Compaired to the other ones at 18-24 carbs/shell!!
