RM - Carbs, No Carbs
What if you don't have any carbs at your RM? Do you still have to stuff some in to stay in control of your insulin?

No, but you will find yourself craving something carby within 3-7 days. Carby veggies and fruits are fine. It doesn't have to be sweets or refined carbs...it can be higher carb veggies.
