This is definetely what I need and would like to give to others. I am not new to low-carbing or this forum, but I fell off the wagon ( really really badly) and re-gained all I had lost last year! I am back though and would like to meet some new friends or catch up with some old ones ( if you're still around)! I know that the support I received last year was awesome and so encouraging and I'm back for more!
