Countdown to 120#
 

Would anyone like to join a challenge for a countdown to 120#? Just for daily support and motivation. I don't think there should be a set date or a deadline. I haven't been following my plan so well and gained over the last holidays but would really like to get my mindset back on track and tell myself I still do want to lose those last so many pounds, I am still kind of slacking even with no cheats it's just over eating. You don't have to be as close to goal as I am or as far and you don't have to have 120 as your goal. Maybe we all could meet some new friends.
