hi everyone.. im julie .. i live in florida.. and am looking for chat friends that understands about low carb eating and being and getting healthy.. i am divorced and my children are grown so its just me.. seems like this would be a breeze.. but i think i substitute food for company.. any way.. i would love to have some chat friends that i could be an encouragement to and vice versa.. drop me a line.. thanks Me :D

This forum runs the gamut from newbies to experienced low carbers, so there are plenty of people to communicate with.

Poke around in all the nooks and crannies, click here and there. The information is voluminous and incredible.

You can even start your own journal in the Journal forum It really helps.
