I Think The Website You Are Looking For Is Virtualmodel.com.
Good Luck. |
I think this website is so funny! The models are so freaky lookin :^)
|
why is my model much thinner and more toned than I am?
I wish there was a site where you can enter your measurements and see a virtual you. that would be kinda cool and a bit scary. |
I agree myjourney.. It had my hair style pear shape figure but tone as all get out,lol..
|
That was a funny website. My twin 16 year old daughters are still creating male models. The models of my daughters actually looked pretty close. My husband's
was still recognizeable (need something between muscular and regular). My was flattering to say the least. I was in much better shape than I really am,(encouraging though). |
Even when I take my model up to twice my weight, she still has a flat tummy. They should have a "mommy" option :P
|
Tummy issues aside, I copied a picture of my virtual start point, my current virtual self and my virtual goal. Does anyone know how I could put the three together into one of those cool pix that fade from one to the other?
|
What graphic program do you use? you could get this effect using layers and just fade the layers
|
I chose the pot-bellied body shape on virtualmodel.com and plugged in my old measurements to see how I looked before and the guy came out looking like Arnold Schwartzenegger (sp?) with six-pack abs. If the 65 pounds that I have lost was muscle rather than flab, I probably never would have gone on this diet. Oh well, it was good for a few yucks, especially when you enter the max stats to see yourself as a 4'11", 350 lb person or a supertall bean-pole.

There were some freaky similarities that my mom and I saw in the virtual models we made... but my sister pointed out that they don't seem real because that underwear (even on the larger versions of ourselves) didn't cause any rolling or pulling... it's very odd......

Yea, the default model has an unrealistically high muscle percentage and low body fat percentage relative to her/his weight. Most people are actually much flabbier than the default. To fix that, after you've plugged in your stats, click edit. There is this little "- 0 +" thing at the bottom. Clicking plus adds muscle, to lower body fat percentage, and clicking minus takes away muscle to higher body fat percentage. You can choose your level of tone at your weight doing this. I found the 165 pound untoned pear shaped model was pretty close to how fat my body is. |
when I clicked the - I was even thinner lol
If I looked like this now, I wouldnt mind as much. |

the - lowers body fat percentage, the plus adds fat. |
Also, another thing you might notice is that the transition between weights is not smooth. For example there is a big weight loss jump from 180 to 170, and another big jump from this 179-156 range to 155. Meaning, there is a body type for 179-156, and probably other weight ranges too I'm sure.
So you may find your actual weight somewhere in between these ranges. The flabby 165 pound pear model is kind of like me, but she's actually a bit thinner (not to mention she carries her weight waaay better with that firmed toned skin lol). However, the 180 is too fat. In reality my thinness level is somewhere between the 180-156 model range, but they don't have a body type that represents it accurately. |
