New to the board, not-so-new to LC

I figured I should start here for my first post to this forum.

I just discovered this board, but have been low-carbing with Protein Power with great success since January 6 of this year. So far I have lost over 80 lbs... roughly halfway to goal.

I live in Vancouver, BC and am thrilled to see a "Canada" section on this board.

Hello Tessa nice to meet you..yes losts of Canadians here..Glad you are here..best thing on here is starting a journal of your own..that is mainly were everyone meets each other and talks. Have a great day, and BTW you are really doing great on your LCing. Way to go.
