Muscle Aches common? 2nd week on induction...
 

My shoulder/neck area is REALLY sore the past 2 days and my back really hurts. It hurts to pick up my 2 year old. Is this common? I am doing really well so far and taking vitamins etc. Just wondered if this is a side effect of a low carb diet.

I have never heard of this side effect. Perhaps you slept on it wrong or pulled a muscle somehow.
