I don't post often, but I usually hop on here during lunch hour and read up for some tips, motivational stories, and recipes. Over the last couple of weeks, I've been very busy and haven't had a chance to stop in and check out the latest threads. Maybe because of it and maybe not, I've been feeling more and more down about myself, my appearance, my eating habits, etc.

BUT I wanted to say thank you because I just spent the last hour reading up on various threads, and you all have given me inspiration again. I'm already feeling better. I guess I just needed a reminder that I am doing things pretty well. Thanks again.

I know. This is a great place. Start a journal, remembering to also visit and post to other folks' journal and you will experience even more inspiration and support.
